Ryan William Downey is an OBIE-winning producer, multidisciplinary theater artist, and non-profit development specialist who has more than two decades experience working in the performing arts. He previously served as Associate Artistic Director of The Brick Theater in Brooklyn, NY from 2020-2024, was a producer and curator for The Exponential Festival for 9 seasons, an artistic director for Title:Point Productions, and spent time with organizations the Public Theater, Silent Barn, and Apollo’s Fire Baroque Orchestra. His play Sleeping Car Porters was a New York Times Critic’s Pick and Biter (Every Time I Turn Around), which he co-wrote, was one of Helen Shaw’s (New York Magazine) 10 Best Plays of 2015. He also has a colorful background as a voiceover actor and has voiced more than 20 characters for Pokemon film and television series. Today, he produces original theatrical work with his company Hammer Beaten Sky and is passionate about serving Beck Center’s mission to make arts accessible for all. He also serves on the board of directors for Spark Theatre 4 Youth.

Alyson Hand

Originally from a small town outside Philadelphia, Alyson Hand focuses on creating meaningful arts experiences for audiences and communities. She graduated from Baldwin Wallace University in May 2025 with a degree in Arts Management and Entrepreneurship and minors in Creative Writing and Public Relations, bringing both creativity and strategic communication skills to her work at Beck Center for the Arts.
Alyson has worked with several Northeast Ohio arts organizations, including Ingenuity Cleveland, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and multiple BW initiatives.
Anthony Marchetta

Anthony has been involved in the performing arts since he was in grade school. He is an actor and director who has been involved in over 30 different productions both on and off stage. He graduated from Ashland University as an undergraduate student in 2024 with a B.A. in Digital Media Production, and later graduated from Cleveland State University as a postbaccalaureate student in 2025 with a B.A. In Theatre Directing. Prior to working at the Beck Center for the Arts, he was a Season Ticket Services Representative for Playhouse Square. He is also currently employed as the Theater Technical Director for Walsh Jesuit High School in Cuyahoga Falls.
