Ticket
Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final.
Tickets may be exchanged for a future date of the same production based on availability.
Ticket exchanges must be arranged at least 4 hours prior to the performance.
Arts Education Class
Refund Policy
Low Enrollment or Class Cancellation: If a class is canceled due to low enrollment, students will be contacted to transfer, receive account credit, or a full refund.
Student Withdrawal (7+ Days Before Start): Refunds are issued minus a $10 processing fee.
Student Withdrawal (Less Than 7 Days Before Start): A class credit (minus materials/book fees) is applied to the student’s account, valid for one year.
